The boots have a PU/PU sole, a composite toecap and a Kevlar anti-puncture insole. The shoe is made in the S3 SRC protection category, where SRC stands for slip resistance on ceramic ground coated with sodium lauryl sulphate solution (SLS) and on steel ground coated with glycerol. The toecap provides protection against impacts with an energy equivalent to 200J. It features puncture resistance, a built-in heel and resistance to oil, petrol and other organic solvents.
