Flap wheel 115 x 22.2 mm, P40, zirconia 57-835 by NEO TOOLS is a 115 mm diameter, P40 gradation accessory with a 22.2 mm mounting hole, designed for grinding metal - including stainless steel and acid-resistant steel (INOX). The fan-shaped, radial flap arrangement with full grit (100% zirconia grain coverage) on an X-type cloth base ensures a high stock removal rate and stable guidance in machine work. The zirconia grain has a self-sharpening effect, thus extending the life of the tool in intensive work. The maximum speed is 13,300 rpm and the permissible linear speed is 80 m/s.
