Pipe clamp, 3/4” 45-496, NEO is an open-ended clamp installed on 3/4” DN 20/R steel pipes of any length. The hold-down force of the pipe clamp equals a weight of 800 kg. It allows stabilising wooden workpieces in e.g. a carpentry shop.

The tool comprises two parts: the clamp end with a strong screw and a convenient crank, and the stop which holds the other part of the material. The tool is made of a durable metal alloy for many years of reliable use.

Directions for use:

• Thread the clamp end well onto the first threaded end.

• Retract the spring return and slowly put the other threaded end over the stop.

• Rest the material on the mounted pipe and move the material up to the clamp end.

• Locate the stops on the opposite end and you are ready to clamp the material down to the required hold-down force.
